Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes between 7–12 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays
Shipping times may occasionally be affected by high demand, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Holaa is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team.
